Coaching is a collaborative relationship. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and results.

Sessions are confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm.

Sessions are confirmed once payment or a written agreement is in place. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule, so the time can be offered to someone else.

Late cancellations and missed sessions may be charged in full.

To the extent permitted by law, Bianca Franke Coaching is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or participation in coaching.
