Refund Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Refunds for unused sessions in a package may be considered at Bianca's discretion, less any sessions already delivered.

Programme fees are refundable up to seven days before the intake begins. Once a programme has started, fees are non-refundable because materials and places are allocated in advance.

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, they are non-refundable once downloaded. If a file is faulty or does not open, please make contact and it will be replaced.
